Description
Our hobbies are a part of our identity. They allow us to relax and acquire new skills in a safe environment.
Smart hobbies add knowledge, improve our storytelling, make us healthier and happier. If a hobby is not smart we may get hurt in the short-term or long-term scenarios, or we will not gain anything meaningful.
Our lives do not suffer void. If we want to remove a bad hobby or a potentially harmful habit, we need to replace it with something new and fulfilling.
While this is a minicourse and quite short, I think it is actually very important.
